Terms of Service — The Leads Online Ltd

1. Who we are

These terms govern the services provided by The Leads Online Ltd, Company No. 17154939, registered in England & Wales ("we", "us"). By using our website or services you accept these terms.

2. Our services

We design, build and operate AI-powered customer service systems, including AI chat agents, appointment booking, lead capture, dashboards and related websites and integrations, as described in each client's order or proposal.

3. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate business information for training your agent, and keep it updated;
Hold the rights to any content you supply;
Use the services lawfully and inform your website visitors about the assistant and applicable privacy terms;
Keep account credentials confidential.

4. AI output — important

AI systems generate responses automatically from your approved content. While our systems are instructed to answer only from that content and to decline when unsure, no AI is infallible. Clients should review their agent during onboarding and report any inaccurate behaviour, which we will correct promptly. Our systems must not be relied on for legal, medical or financial advice.

5. Fees

Fees are set out in your proposal: typically a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription covering hosting, AI usage, maintenance and support. Subscriptions are monthly rolling unless agreed otherwise and may be cancelled with notice before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where the law provides otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our platform, software and know-how. You retain ownership of your business content and your customer data. On termination we will, on request, provide an export of your leads, bookings and conversations, then delete them per our retention terms.

7. Availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; reasonable maintenance windows and third-party outages (hosting, AI model providers) may affect availability.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from the services in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of notice. We may suspend services for non-payment or unlawful use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
