About the founder
Maqadas Manzoor is a Pakistani AI engineer and UK resident, and the founder of The Leads Online Ltd. He holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Hertfordshire, where he focused on applying machine intelligence to problems that real businesses face every day — not laboratory ones.
Before founding the company, Maqadas spent years as a freelance technology partner to the real estate industry — building agent websites, IDX/MLS property platforms and lead generation systems for agencies and investors. Working that closely with agents, he kept seeing the same silent leak in every business he served.
The industry's tools didn't solve it. Contact forms went unread. Generic chat tools gave robotic answers that damaged trust. Hiring more staff meant £2,000+ a month for coverage that still ended at 5:30 PM. The problem wasn't effort — it was arithmetic: enquiries arrive 24 hours a day, and people don't.
So after completing his Master's in AI, Maqadas built the answer himself: a custom AI agent trained on each business's real information — its properties, prices, policies and personality — that answers every enquiry instantly, qualifies the lead, books the viewing or appointment into the calendar, emails confirmations to both sides, and hands the conversation to a real human the moment one is needed.
