2. The information we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email address, phone number and company details when you enquire, request a demo or become a client.
• Conversation data — when you interact with an AI agent we operate (on our website or a client's website), the messages you send may be stored so the service can respond, capture your enquiry and pass it to the relevant business.
• Booking details — name, contact details, chosen time and reason, where you book an appointment through one of our systems.
• Technical data — device, browser and usage information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use it

• To provide and operate our services, including answering enquiries and booking appointments;
• To pass enquiries and bookings to the business you contacted (where the agent runs on a client's website, that business is the data controller and we act as their processor);
• To send confirmations, reminders and service communications;
• To improve the accuracy and safety of our systems;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

Under UK GDPR we rely on: performance of a contract (providing services you or our client requested), legitimate interests (operating, securing and improving our services), consent (where required, e.g. certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: the business whose website you interacted with; service providers who help us operate (hosting, databases, email delivery, AI model providers and payment processing), all bound by data protection obligations; and authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we use recognised safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or adequacy regulations.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it. Clients may configure shorter retention for conversation data on their systems.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. 9. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credentials and the measures described in our Data Protection statement. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data as we would want ours treated.
